CSE is currently seeking a motivated, customer-focused and experienced HVAC Service Technician to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial and industrial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, committed to high-quality workmanship, and customer service–focused, with a strong dedication to a positive work environment and company culture.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • 5+ years of HVAC experience (including trade school preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
  • Dependable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented
  • Background checks, clearances, certifications, and periodic drug testing are required.

Nice To Haves

  • HVAC certification or Associate’s degree (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems
  • Perform preventive maintenance on air conditioners, heat pumps, and gas-fired heating systems
  • Repair, replace, and calibrate controls, thermostats, switches, wiring, motors, pumps, and compressors
  • Install replacement parts, electrical wiring, controls, and piping as needed
  • Handle refrigerants in accordance with EPA guidelines
  • Participate in an on-call rotation approximately 4–6 times per year
