SSH Facilities, is a family owned and operated, locally run full-service HVAC and Building Services Company. We serve Eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, and Washington D.C. with offices in West Chester and Coatesville, PA. SSH Facilities has an exciting opportunity for a HVAC Technician who wants to join a family-first team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in all aspects of commercial HVAC, including EPA Certification
• Possess a set of basic hand tools
• Must possess a hardworking, dependable, and positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
• Clean driving record, criminal record and the ability to pass a drug screening
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. overhead, climb ladders, and work at heights (e.g., rooftops).
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and move throughout the day.
• Always maintain a professional appearance.

Nice To Haves

• Computer, phone, and written skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on commercial and residential HVAC systems
• Diagnose mechanical issues and recommend appropriate repairs.
• Install, replace, and upgrade HVAC equipment and components.
• Complete all work orders with accurate documentation and notes promptly
• Conduct preventative maintenance tasks (e.g., filter changes, coil cleaning, lubrication, belt replacement).
• Maintain inventory of tools, materials, and equipment in service vehicles.
• Clearly maintain regular communication with dispatch
