Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
Strong mechanical skills and proven ability in diagnostics and repair.
Solid communication and customer-facing skills —you know how to build relationships with homeowners.
Required Certifications: EPA Certification
A clean driving record and valid driver’s license.

Installation: Assist with or perform system installations as needed (a plus if you are strong in this area).

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot & Repair: Expertly diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems (forced air, A/C, heat pumps, boilers, etc.) with a clean, efficient approach.
Maintenance: Perform thorough preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups.
Customer Consultation: Communicate clearly and honestly with homeowners about system issues, providing repair options and recommending upgrades or replacements when appropriate.
Installation: Assist with or perform system installations as needed (a plus if you are strong in this area).
Sales Support: Identify opportunities to upsell services, accessories, and system enhancements that improve comfort and efficiency, while building trust and long-term customer relationships.
