Requirements

Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician or similar role
Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems, tools, and diagnostic equipment
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers
EPA 608 Certification
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and working in confined spaces
Over two years of experience in servicing HVAC systems

Responsibilities

Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC and refrigeration systems to identify performance issues
Present repair, replacement, and maintenance options to customers with clear and transparent pricing
Complete repairs, installations, and routine maintenance efficiently and safely
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional and courteous service on every job
Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and collect payments as required
