The HVAC Service Technician role involves engaging with customers and collaborating with colleagues in the office. This position requires coordinating with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand requirements for on-site installations and repairs, including forecasting issues, gathering materials, and synchronizing work. The technician serves as the direct customer contact, responsible for products and equipment on assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing systems at customer locations using advanced software, technology, and hand-tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications. The role demands flexibility to work overtime and weekends, including occasional overnight stays, and requires strict adherence to safety standards, as well as maintaining security and accountability of company assets.
