HVAC Service Technicians are paid hourly plus commission. Requirements

  • 1-5 Years HVAC installation experience preferred
  • HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
  • Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record
  • Ability to handle heavy equipment
  • Ability to commute/relocate: Birmingham, AL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
  • Experience: HVAC Service: 1 year (Required)

Nice To Haves

  • License/Certification: EPA Type II (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment
  • Present recommendations for new equipment and provide value to customer
  • Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills
  • Prioritize customer service and satisfaction
  • Attend periodic company or manufacturer training
  • Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
  • Consistently work with and handle at least 50lbs
