About The Position
McWilliams Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is growing and we’re looking for a skilled Commercial HVAC Technician to join the team. If you enjoy figuring out tough system issues, staying busy, and getting paid based on the work you do, this could be a great fit. This role focuses on commercial HVAC service, maintenance, and repairs across a variety of systems. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works well with customers, and enjoys being part of a solid team.
Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial HVAC experience
- TDLR license and EPA certification required
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and manage service calls
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance on commercial equipment
- Service rooftop units, split systems, and other commercial equipment
- Identify system issues and recommend repair solutions
- Complete service calls while maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members
- Maintain accurate service documentation
