Requirements

Completion of an HVAC trade program greatly preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills a must!
High school diploma or GED required.
Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

Assess HVAC systems to determine repair or replacement recommendations.
Effectively communicate these recommendations to customers.
Perform services and repairs with a focus on technical excellence.
Test each system after service or repair has been completed.
Perform a proper inspection of the system to prevent future breakdowns.
Effectively explain all services and repairs performed to customers to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Accurately complete all paperwork and ensure recommendations are written on invoices.
Provide customer leads to sales team after identifying a potential need for system additions or replacements.
