Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years as an HVAC Technician; residential sales and service experience preferred.
  • Customer Relations: Excellent at setting job expectations with customers; friendly and approachable.
  • Technical Skills: Basic math skills required, with strong analytical focus and results-oriented mindset.
  • Other: EPA Universal preferred, EPA Type 2 required.

Nice To Haves

  • NATE certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose system issues and recommend effective repair solutions.
  • Prepare cost estimates and offer recommendations to customers.
  • Perform diagnostic troubleshooting of HVAC systems and plan work procedures.
  • Document services performed and recommendations made using company forms and records.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed according to company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Manage truck inventory and ensure all necessary tools are available for each job.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development meetings.
