Requirements
- 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- EPA Certification (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
- Work on split systems, heat pumps, furnaces, and air handlers
- Perform routine maintenance and system tune-ups
- Present repair and replacement options to customers
- Deliver a 5-star customer experience on every call
- Keep accurate records of work performed and recommendations
