We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for commercial and industrial clients. This position requires technical expertise, a commitment to safety, and a customer-first mindset.

Install, inspect, and service commercial HVAC systems including rooftop units, split systems, boilers, and chillers
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and perform necessary repairs
Conduct preventive maintenance and tune-ups to ensure system efficiency
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
Work with building automation systems (BAS) and support integration with HVAC controls
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours logged
Ensure compliance with company safety policies, building codes, and EPA regulations
Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and internal team members
Performs other duties as assigned.

Ability to read mechanical drawings and control wiring diagrams
Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude
A minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC Technician.
Experience working with commercial HVAC systems and chillers is essential.

Knowledge of building automation systems (experience with systems like Trane, Siemens, or Johnson Controls is a plus)
