Requirements

  • 3-5 years of proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician
  • Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record (required)
  • Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check (required)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • Commitment to high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

  • Expertly diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues in HVAC systems
  • Perform maintenance, cleaning, adjustments, and repairs on HVAC units, including air handlers, ductwork, vents, and condensation drainage systems
  • Order necessary parts and equipment for HVAC repairs and installations
  • Respond to emergency repair calls promptly and efficiently
  • Document all repairs and completed tasks using ServiceTitan software
  • Provide excellent customer service , communicating issues, solutions, and outcomes clearly
  • Recommend products and services to optimize system performance
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
