Requirements
- 3-5 years of proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record (required)
- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check (required)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Commitment to high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
Responsibilities
- Expertly diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues in HVAC systems
- Perform maintenance, cleaning, adjustments, and repairs on HVAC units, including air handlers, ductwork, vents, and condensation drainage systems
- Order necessary parts and equipment for HVAC repairs and installations
- Respond to emergency repair calls promptly and efficiently
- Document all repairs and completed tasks using ServiceTitan software
- Provide excellent customer service , communicating issues, solutions, and outcomes clearly
- Recommend products and services to optimize system performance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
