Using tools such as Housecall Pro and CompanyCam, the technician accurately documents jobs and follows established processes for part ordering and service reporting. Effective communication is critical in this role—technicians are expected to keep customers informed, clearly explain job scopes and pricing, and collaborate closely with team members and vendors. This position also requires informal leadership through accountability, follow-through, and consistent professionalism.
