Our HVAC Service Technicians are responsible for diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems and guiding customers to informed and confident buying decisions.

Requirements

2-3 years' experience in Residential HVAC Service
Maintain a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Must be able to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds or more, on an occasional basis, in compliance with OSHA manual handling guidelines.
Regularly required to perform physically demanding tasks, including working in confined spaces, kneeling, squatting, crawling, and bending.
Everyone is required to submit a pre-employment background check prior to start date

Responsibilities

Run on average 4-5 maintenance and/or service calls daily
Accurately troubleshoot, diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
Present tailored solutions that align with each customer’s needs
Contribute to our culture of excellence by delivering work with a First-Time Fix approach, backed by reliable systems, quality tools, and continuous learning.
Deliver 5-star while maintaining a professional, courteous, and authentic demeanor
Maintain consistent and clear communication with team members
Participate in on-going training to support professional growth and skill development
Keep company vehicle clean and organized
Maintain a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Other duties as assigned
