About The Position

MillTown is seeking HVAC Service Technicians to provide expert solutions to residential customers across the Merrimack Valley. The daily routine will include diagnosing, repairing, and installing HVAC systems and products. MillTown has provided industry-leading services for over 45 years and aims to be a great place to work, specializing in plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical services.

Requirements

• Customer service skills
• Skilled in repairing, installing, and diagnosing HVAC systems and products
• Clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and install residential HVAC systems and products
• Build strong customer relationships
• Complete all general HVAC service calls
• Get HVAC systems running again by asking the right customer lifestyle questions
• Meet (or exceed) revenue goals with expert service
• Build clientele, including new referrals and repeat business
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and inventoried
