Values (Support • Meet Expectations • Always Do Right • Respect • Treat Like Family) Pay & Schedule $30–$42/hour SPIFFs and performance bonuses available Monday–Friday schedule Overtime and occasional weekends as needed What You’ll Be Doing Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential & light commercial HVAC systems Perform maintenance, tune-ups, and system evaluations Clearly explain repair options and system performance to customers Deliver professional, high-quality customer service on every call Communicate with dispatch for efficient routing and job updates Safely operate and maintain a company-provided vehicle What We’re Looking For 3+ years of residential or light commercial HVAC service experience EPA Universal Certification Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record Ability to read wiring diagrams and interpret blueprints Strong communication and customer service skills Knowledge of sheet metal practices and air balancing Willingness to obtain NATE certification within 1 year (we support you) About Bovio Rubino Service In 2021, two respected, long-standing South Jersey HVAC companies merged to form Bovio Rubino Service, bringing together 90+ years of industry experience.
