The HVAC Service Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing residential AC and heating systems. This includes performing routine maintenance on split systems. The role requires experience with various residential HVAC components such as condensers, air handlers, furnaces, boilers, and mini-splits, as well as familiarity with associated electrical systems. Strong customer service skills are essential, and the technician must be capable of working both independently and as part of a team. There is also an opportunity to assist install teams and gain experience with RTU, light commercial, and refrigeration systems.
