Weekend / after hours HVAC service technician - Full Time
About The Position
Eskimo Brothers AC & Heating is looking for a mature, reliable HVAC Service Technician to handle weekend and after‑hours service calls. This role is perfect for a tech with 1–2 years of experience who’s hungry for growth and ready to take on more responsibility. This is a full-time employment position where we can setup hours that work for you with a mid-week "weekend". We have a no-nonsense management approach where we work to get you as many good calls as we can, and trust you to make the most of them by taking care of our customers. Requirements
- 1–2 years of HVAC service experience
- EPA certification preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a responsible, self‑driven work ethic
- Comfortable working independently during off‑hours
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Housecall Pro software a bonus
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/light commercial HVAC systems during evenings, weekends, and on‑call shifts
- Communicate clearly with customers and document work performed
- Maintain a professional, dependable presence on every job
