Requirements
- 3+ years of HVAC service experience (residential preferred)
- EPA Universal Certification required
- Strong diagnostic skills and confidence in troubleshooting a variety of systems
- Clear communicator who can explain options and solutions to customers
- Self-motivated, independent, and driven to excel
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems: furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and more
- Perform routine maintenance, safety inspections, and system evaluations
- Explain repairs and solutions clearly to customers and provide accurate estimates
- Deliver top-notch service and ensure every customer feels confident and cared for
- Keep your vehicle, tools, and work area organized and professional
