Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment in residential settings Present recommendations for new equipment and provide value to customer Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills Prioritize customer service and satisfaction Attend periodic company or manufacturer training Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures What You Will Bring: 1-5 Years residential HVAC installation experience preferred HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record Ability to handle heavy equipment Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements). Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending. Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated plat forms). Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment. Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations.
