About The Position

Cosmic Comfort is hiring two full-time HVAC Service Technicians to repair and maintain customers' residential systems throughout Atwater, CA . This role pays $25.00 - $37.00/hour (based on experience and qualifications), provides a commission potential, and offers a Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm schedule. Requirements
- EPA license
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- 2+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing residential HVAC systems - preferred
Responsibilities
- Diagnosing and repairing problems with residential furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioning units, ductless systems, and more
- Maintaining and tuning up equipment according to manufacturer's specifications
- Documenting your observations and clearly explaining service options to the customer
- Fully cleaning your work area and taking good care of your tools and company vehicle
- Following all quality standards, company expectations, and safety procedures
- Entering service reports, photos, and notes into our software
- Managing records for job billing, warranties, and service histories
