This role pays $25.00 - $37.00/hour (based on experience and qualifications), provides a commission potential, and offers a Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm schedule. Requirements

  • EPA license
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • 2+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing residential HVAC systems - preferred

Responsibilities

  • Diagnosing and repairing problems with residential furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioning units, ductless systems, and more
  • Maintaining and tuning up equipment according to manufacturer's specifications
  • Documenting your observations and clearly explaining service options to the customer
  • Fully cleaning your work area and taking good care of your tools and company vehicle
  • Following all quality standards, company expectations, and safety procedures
  • Entering service reports, photos, and notes into our software
  • Managing records for job billing, warranties, and service histories
