Requirements

• Experience: 3-5+ years in residential HVAC (not commercial).
• Certifications: Universal EPA 608 required; NATE Certified is a big plus.
• Character: Dependable, humble, solution-focused-someone who gets that the job is about people.
• Growth Mindset: Willing to work your way up, open to learning every day,thrives on being part of a mission.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair & maintain HVAC systems with precision and care.
• Communicate clearly with clients-educating, not overselling.
• Prioritize safety, quality, and code compliance at all times.
• Collaborate daily with dispatch, teammates, and leadership.
