HVAC Service Technician- Classic Schedule or four 10 hour shifts Friday-Monday Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity? Responsibilities: Run service calls and perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration equipment. Offer technical support and training to other technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge. Communicate effectively with clients and team members, providing job details and necessary updates. Document job information accurately and ensure clear communication with clients. Present equipment upgrade recommendations and provide value-driven solutions to customers. Attend company and manufacturer training sessions to maintain up-to-date technical knowledge. Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Proven experience running service calls independently
  • Ability to provide technical support and training to other technicians
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements).
  • Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending.
  • Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated plat forms).
  • Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations.
  • Valid Driver’s License (required)
