Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in residential HVAC service and repair
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Customer-focused mindset with commitment to quality
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Applicable HVAC certifications and licenses for Massachusetts
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC system issues
- Perform scheduled maintenance, tune-ups, and inspections
- Install and upgrade heating and cooling equipment
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national HVAC codes
- Work with ductwork, ventilation systems, and energy-efficient units
- Deliver exceptional customer service
