Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of HVAC Service Technician experience
- EPA 608 Universal Certification required
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Strong technical, troubleshooting, and customer service skills
- Physically able to perform the demands of the role
- Willingness to work nights and/or weekends
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems including air handlers, ductwork, vents, and drainage systems
- Perform routine maintenance and emergency service calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Accurately document service calls and repairs using ServiceTitan software
- Ensure work complies with OSHA regulations and appliance safety standards
- Communicate clearly with customers about issues, proposed solutions, and system performance recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and company vehicle
