Requirements
- 3+ years of HVAC service experience (residential preferred)
- EPA Universal Certification required
- Strong diagnostic skills and confidence in troubleshooting a variety of systems
- Clear communicator who can explain options and solutions to customers
- Self-motivated, independent, and driven to excel
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
