About The Position
As an HVAC Service Technician, you'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in both residential and commercial settings. Your expertise will help ensure systems run efficiently and safely, while delivering exceptional customer service through clear communication and professional recommendations.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of HVAC experience (preferably in residential markets).
- EPA Certification preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License required.
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
- Dedicated to high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.
- Ability to interact professionally across all levels of an organization.
- Team-oriented, flexible, and adaptable to dynamic work environments.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Service Titan Software is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Inspect, clean, adjust, and repair HVAC systems, including air handling units, ductwork, vents, and condensation drainage. Keep detailed records of service performed and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Diagnose system issues, perform routine and emergency repairs, and ensure optimal performance. Provide expert HVAC solutions, addressing customer needs with professionalism and expertise
- Comply with industry standards and safety regulations. Additional duties as assigned.
