Requirements

3-5 years of proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician
Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record (required)
Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check (required)
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
Commitment to high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

Expertly diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues in HVAC systems
Perform maintenance, cleaning, adjustments, and repairs on HVAC units, including air handlers, ductwork, vents, and condensation drainage systems
Order necessary parts and equipment for HVAC repairs and installations
Respond to emergency repair calls promptly and efficiently
Document all repairs and completed tasks using ServiceTitan software
Provide excellent customer service, communicating issues, solutions, and outcomes clearly
Recommend products and services to optimize system performance
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
