Mr. Handyman is expanding into HVAC services and is seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Service Technician. Requirements
- HVAC experience (service + install preferred)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with homeowners
- Clean driving record
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Someone who takes ownership and cares about doing the job right
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
- Install new HVAC units (split systems, heat pumps, etc.)
- Perform system inspections and preventative maintenance
- Educate homeowners on system performance and solutions (no high-pressure sales)
- Deliver a 5-star customer experience on every job
- Work independently in customers’ homes with full support from our team
