HVAC Service Technician (Sign On Bonus)

About The Position
We are offering a $2000 sign-on bonus for qualified HVAC Service Technicians . In addition to competitive hourly pay, we are offering an extra $1,500 per month for up to 12 months. This bonus will commence after 90 days of employment, provided you remain in good standing with the company. A company vehicle is provided. Apply Today and Join our Team!
Requirements
- 2+ years of HVAC Service Technician experience
- Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
- Highly organized and motivated
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
Responsibilities
- Servicing existing HVAC systems.
- Diagnosing common failures
- Inspect and perform equipment repairs.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Provide an awesome in-home experience with our clients
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
