Requirements
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
- 2–5 years of HVAC experience
- NATE Certification or willingness to obtain - required
Nice To Haves
- EPA Certification (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Provide honest recommendations for repair vs. replacement
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Participate in ongoing training and development – Company paid
