As a Service Technician, you'll be at the forefront of maintaining and repairing commercial and industrial HVAC systems, ensuring they operate at peak performance. Your role goes beyond just fixing equipment — it's about building strong relationships with both our team and our valued customers. Day-to-day, you'll diagnose issues, perform repairs, and conduct start-ups on a range of HVAC equipment from various leading brands. Your work isn't just about technical expertise; it's about delivering exceptional service that ensures customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Using cutting-edge technology like Mobile-Tech, you'll document your service activities seamlessly. This means completing work orders, maintenance checklists, and time sheets with precision and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree from an HVAC trade school or at least 5 years of related experience is also acceptable.
  • Basic proficiency in computer use.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC building systems.
  • Must possess a universal EPA certification.
  • Maintain a professional image.
  • Availability for overtime and weekend work as needed.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with air/water cooled chillers.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
  • Diagnose issues and perform repairs on HVAC equipment.
  • Conduct start-ups on a range of HVAC equipment from various leading brands.
  • Build strong relationships with team members and customers.
  • Document service activities using Mobile-Tech, including work orders, maintenance checklists, and time sheets.
