About The Position

Join Our Team as an HVAC Service Technician! This role features a dedicated 4-day work week, with 3-4 three-day weekends per month, limited on-call responsibility, and 24/7 team support. Grind when you need to, take time off when it's earned. Please, no calls. All candidates must apply online. Qualifying candidates are eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000! Schedule: Monday - Thursday and Tuesday - Friday shifts available. This isn't just a job. It's a career for those who have the grit to dig in and get the work done. Requirements

• Minimum of 18 months of residential HVAC service experience.
• Ability to diagnose and fix HVAC problems quickly and correctly.
• Self-motivated and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
