About The Position

We are currently seeking two skilled and reliable Service Technicians to join our growing team immediately. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of HVAC systems. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, customer-focused, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.

Requirements

• Must reside in Charlotte or Sarasota County
• Minimum 3 years of air conditioning service experience required
• Refrigeration experience is a plus
• EPA Certification required (or ability to obtain)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems (residential and light commercial)
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units as needed
• Provide accurate and timely service reports
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance
• Comply with all company policies and safety procedures
