What You’ll Do Diagnose, repair, maintain, and tune up residential HVAC systems Communicate clearly with homeowners and provide professional recommendations Present repair, maintenance, and replacement options (commission-eligible) Perform safety inspections and verify system performance Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and follow-through Maintain accurate documentation and use company platforms (ServiceTitan, etc.) Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset PAY TRANSPARENCY: The starting salary for this opportunity range is listed. Other rewards may include annual bonus eligibility, which is based on company and individual performance, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. Requirements

  • 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience required
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills
  • Selling-style technician who enjoys presenting solutions and closing opportunities
  • EPA Certification (required)
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service focus
  • Self-motivated, organized, and reliable
  • Ability to work independently in the field while maintaining high quality standards

Responsibilities
