Requirements

• At least 3+ years as an HVAC Service Technician focusing on residential systems.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and repair methods.
• Exceptional problem-solving, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• EPA certification and a valid HVAC technician license.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving history.

Nice To Haves

• Service Titan experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair residential air conditioning systems, including central air conditioners, ductless mini-splits, and heat pumps.
• Accurately identify and resolve HVAC system issues.
• Conduct thorough evaluations to ensure systems operate safely and efficiently.
• Build trust through clear, professional communication while explaining issues and solutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services performed.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure compliance.
• Keep up with industry advancements and standards to continuously deliver the best service.
