About The Position
Tolin Mechanical, a well-established HVAC service contractor, is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our Silverthorne Branch. As the heart of our business, Service Technicians are the primary representatives of Tolin Mechanical to our clients. This role involves operating company vehicles to travel to client sites, where technicians will inspect, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install HVAC equipment and related components. Our technicians are expected to service a diverse range of clients in the Commercial Building, Facilities, and Industrial HVAC markets. The ideal candidate will be part of a solid team of experienced technicians and will be expected to contribute to our growing business. We are looking for someone interested in a long-term position who will fit well into our team culture. The role requires a well-rounded background as a Journeyman, with a strong emphasis on customer service and the ability to develop productive working relationships with clients, vendors, and co-workers. The HVAC Service Technician will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting various HVAC systems, and working with equipment such as rooftop units, chillers, cooling towers, hot water/steam boilers, packaged air conditioners, and more. This position requires strong organizational skills and a commitment to exceptional customer service, ensuring that all client interactions are positive and productive.
