About The Position
Advanced Air Systems is hiring an Apprentice HVAC Technician who is eager to learn the trade and build a long-term career in HVAC. This is a hands-on, entry-level role working alongside experienced technicians in residential and light commercial environments. Start 2026 off with a new career!
Requirements
- Strong interest in starting a career in HVAC
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work with tools and perform physical tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- No HVAC experience required (training provided)
Nice To Haves
- Trade school or technical coursework
- EPA certification or willingness to obtain
- Previous hands-on or construction-related experience
Responsibilities
- Assist HVAC technicians with the installation, service, and maintenance of heating and cooling systems
- Learn how to diagnose HVAC systems and perform basic repairs
- Support installs of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-splits
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area
- Interact professionally with customers and team members
- Follow safety procedures and company processes
