About The Position

At Blanton's Air, Plumbing & Electric, we are looking for an experienced HVAC professional who is ready to take on a leadership role. This position is designed for those who are tired of merely fixing problems and want to shape solutions. You will be the technical backbone of our HVAC service department, responsible for building and delivering hands-on and classroom training to help our technicians succeed. You will conduct ride-alongs, provide coaching, create training materials, and ensure that our documentation standards are met. This role is not just about technical skills; it's about elevating the team and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Master-level HVAC knowledge - diagnostics, repair, maintenance, and install.
• Strong communicator and coach - you can teach what you know.
• Physically capable of demonstrating work in the field.

Nice To Haves

• Preferred: NATE, EPA, or advanced certifications.
• Proven track record of training, coaching and developing.
• Bonus points: Experience training teams using Nexstar's Service Systems or Training Mastery.

Responsibilities

• Be the technical backbone for our HVAC service department.

• Create training materials, videos, and SOPs that raise the standard.
• Ensure ServiceTitan documentation and photo quality are best-in-class.
• Support a culture of Right-the-First-Time work and continuous improvement.

• Base salary of $110,000 - $130,000 per year (with bonus plan).
