About The Position
Pay: $40 - $50.00HR plus incentives SIGN ON BONUS UP TO $5,000.00 Full-time, year-round work EFFECTIVE JAN 2026 - NO ON-CALL Technicians are dispatched from home Annual Earning potential $100K+ based on performance Join ARS, the nation’s largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services with 7,000+ team members and over 45 years of experience. Qualifications What You Need: 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience EPA certification Ability to provide our custoemr with excellent Customer Service Valid driver’s license Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and lifting heavy equipment All offers are contingent unpon successful completion of a background check and drug test in accordance with Massachusetts law. Requirements
- 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- EPA certification
- Ability to provide our custoemr with excellent Customer Service
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and lifting heavy equipment
