Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (HVAC training is a big plus)
Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician
Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems—from installs to repairs
EPA certification for refrigerant handling (required)
Ability to lift equipment and stay active throughout the day
Solid problem-solving skills and good people skills
A safety-first mindset and pride in quality workmanship

Responsibilities

Installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining residential HVAC systems
Playing HVAC detective when systems act up and finding smart solutions
Repairing or replacing parts like compressors, motors, capacitors, filters, and controls
Educating homeowners on efficient, cost-saving upgrades (no pushy sales)
Documenting work performed and parts used (we like things organized)
Following safety protocols and using proper PPE—every job, every time
Working closely with teammates to keep jobs smooth and stress-free
Communicating clearly with customers so they feel confident and taken care of
