Requirements

HVAC Journeyman, HVAC apprentice or equivalent experience
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
EPA Certification
Valid driver's license
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A positive attitude and a commitment to quality workmanship
2+ years of experience
5+ years experience as an HVAC residential service technician.
Must have a valid driver license and clean driving history.
Able to pass a background and drug screening
Must have excellent organizational skills.
Must have good oral and written communications skills.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
Deliver exceptional service and build lasting customer relationships
Accurately and properly document service calls and complete job tickets
Perform system tune-ups and safety inspections
Communicate clearly with customers and team members
Make recommendations for additional services and products Western offers, when appropriate
Ability to work independently in a timely manner, making sure job is done correctly the first time.
Observe all company procedures and safety rules.
Work as part of our team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must have basic computer skills and be able to utilize mobile device throughout the work day.
