About The Position
American Residential Services is the largest provider of residential services in the US, employing more than 7000 professionals across the country. ARS has been serving its customers with HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical solutions for over 45 years since its establishment in 1975. We are seeking HVAC Technicians who can troubleshoot, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems. Technicians can expect year-round full-time work, with high performers having the opportunity to earn more than $100k per year. The position offers paid orientation, paid training, and weekly direct deposit payroll, with no on-call or overnight work and flexible shift schedules available at most locations. Technicians will receive a fully stocked, take-home company vehicle and gas card, along with a professional uniform and cleaning service. Comprehensive training opportunities are provided by an in-house Learning & Development team, covering technical, sales, safety, leadership, and systems training. Additionally, there is a national network to support professional growth and development and provide transfer opportunities.
