About The Position
Air Experts, a subsidiary of American Residential Services, is seeking skilled HVAC Technicians to join our team. Our technicians will be responsible for troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing residential heating and cooling systems. This position offers year-round full-time work with the potential for high earnings, as top performers can earn over $100,000 annually. We provide a supportive work environment with no on-call or overnight shifts, allowing for flexible scheduling at most locations. New hires will benefit from a comprehensive orientation and training program, which includes technical, sales, safety, and leadership training provided by our in-house Learning & Development team.
