About The Position

American Residential Services is the largest provider of residential services in the US, employing more than 7000 professionals across the country. ARS has been serving its customers with HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical solutions for over 45 years since its establishment in 1975. We are seeking HVAC Technicians who can troubleshoot, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems. Technicians can expect year-round full-time work with high performers having the opportunity to earn more than $100k per year. The position offers paid orientation, paid training, and weekly direct deposit payroll, with no on-call or overnight work and flexible shift schedules available at most locations.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of residential HVAC experience.
• EPA Certification (Certification assistance may be available).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to go into attics, crawl spaces, and lift heavy objects regularly.
• Willingness to work long, sporadic hours and/or weekends when necessary.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with technical, sales, safety, and leadership training.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Participate in comprehensive training opportunities provided by the in-house Learning & Development team.
• Utilize a fully stocked, take-home company vehicle and gas card.
• Maintain a professional uniform and cleanliness.
