This position offers full-time, year-round work with a pay range of $70,000 - $120,000 per year, and the earning potential can exceed $100K/year based on performance. A sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 is available, dependent on experience.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems with the support of full training, professional tools, and a strong leadership network.
Requirements
- 2 years of residential HVAC experience
- EPA certification (or ability to obtain)
- Valid driver's license & clean driving record
- Must pass background and drug screening
- Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and lifting heavy equipment
