The Big Task Lead, coach, and develop all Service Technicians in the Columbus market. Drive performance, revenue growth, and technician progression while supporting recruitment, retention, and a culture of excellence. Serve as the primary leader for service processes, sales support, and team development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop all Columbus Service Technicians through regular check-ins, monthly performance reviews, coaching, and accountability for performance and behavior.
  • Drive technical growth and revenue generation by executing structured Spring and Fall training plans and mentoring technicians in the field.
  • Support recruitment, retention, and apprenticeship development while serving as the primary resource for process, sales, and technical guidance.
  • Monitor and report team performance metrics, collaborate with Sales Management to strengthen value creation, and assist with customer issue resolution in a coaching capacity.
