About The Position

As an HVAC Service & Sales Manager, you will lead our residential HVAC Service, Maintenance, and Sales team. You’ll oversee the entire pre-install lifecycle, foster strong customer relationships, and ensure our team consistently hits their marks using our proven Harts service process. Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Residential HVAC with a proven track record of leadership.
Knowledge: Extensive expertise in HVAC systems, maintenance, and residential sales cycles.
License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems, sales tracking, and forecasting.

EPA Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Hire, train, and coach the HVAC sales, service and maintenance team to ensure they live our core values and exceed metric targets.
Sales Strategy: Implement and enforce Harts’ proven sales process; conduct ride-alongs to provide real-time field coaching.
Operational Excellence: Coordinate with dispatch, install managers, and CSRs to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Technical Support: Serve as the go-to expert for troubleshooting during service visits and ensure proper equipment sizing.
Administrative Oversight: Review invoices, timecards, and curbside feedback while participating in leadership strategy meetings.
