About The Position

The HVAC Service Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of HVAC service and installation projects, including design, planning, estimating, and execution. This role involves collaboration with various professionals such as building owners, property managers, and contractors to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree with at least 1-3 years previous HVAC experience.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems.
• Ability to manage projects from development through implementation and completion.
• Knowledge of State and Local codes.
• Proficient PC skills - Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
• Geographical knowledge of Twin Cities area and map reading skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
• Estimate, propose, and sell HVAC service work and projects.
• Manage HVAC service projects and maintenance agreements.
• Purchase needed materials for HVAC service projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors and other vendors for HVAC service projects.
• Ensure billings are generated in a timely and accurate manner.
• Address customer questions and create solutions.
• Assist with collectables on assigned service projects.
• Assist others in the department and company as part of the bigger team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
