About The Position
As a HVAC Service Manager at Davis H. Elliot you will be required to oversee HVAC service and construction work in residential, commercial, and healthcare environments. Responsibilities for this position will include ensuring safe performance of the work, effectively communicating with technicians, customers, engineers, and other employees, developing new business and maintaining customer relationships, assisting estimators on bids for new projects, purchasing materials and contracting with subcontractors, scheduling equipment, resources, and manpower for projects, financial management of projects, including billing, change management, and cost projections, and developing team members at all levels of the organization.
